- Do I qualify to be a National Account?
If you own or operate a chain of stores or franchises including restaurants, hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, salons, department stores, grocery stores etc. A few simple questions and a quick credit check, gets you on your way and if you qualify, your account will be open immediately (usually less than 2 hours). It’s that easy.
- How long will it take to get a water heater?
The program’s goal is to provide you with a State water heater within 24 hours, sometimes taking only a couple hours.
- Do you install?
Installation is a standard service provided. In fact, we have several turn-key installers nationwide who are available for common and also emergency installations.
- Who is my contact at State Water Heaters?

- How do you manage product warranties?
If you have purchased the product through the National Accounts Program, we will process warranty claims for you. No delays. No hassles. No problems. Should a heater fail under warranty, we will replace the heater for you and all you have to do is return the label from the failed heater for our records. Freight charges may apply.
- How will I pay for the heater?
The National Accounts Department can handle just about any billing procedure. You may have one centralized billing location, several franchise billing offices, or request that each “ship to” location receive their own invoice. We can do it all and we’ll work with you to make sure everything goes smoothly.
