ASHLAND CITY, Tenn. (June 10, 2013) – Nashville’s hometown water heater manufacturer, State Water Heaters (www.statewaterheaters.com), has helped revive a Music City tradition with its sponsorship of the summer concert series, “Nashville Dancin’ Presented by Dollar General.”

“‘Nashville Dancin’ Presented by Dollar General’ will allow us at State Water Heaters to better get to know our neighbors and customers,” said Jeff Storie, senior manager of contractor and brand marketing for State Water Heaters. “We’re thrilled to be a part of this uniquely Nashville event.”

The free event is a long-standing Nashville tradition, formerly known as Dancin’ in the District. Located in historic Riverfront Park, the series will kick off on June 13 and run each Thursday evening through Aug. 1. More than 25 local and national artists will take the stage over the course of the summer including buzz-worthy names such as Shooter Jennings, Delta Rae, Pat McLaughlin, Mishka, Edwin McCain, Donna the Buffalo and Colt Ford.

“Our sponsorship of ‘Nashville Dancin’ is just one example of how State is always striving to be a better partner and neighbor to our hometown community,” said Storie. “State has recently launched some great new water heaters, as well as a new Find a Local Installer tool on our website to help consumers get the most from our brand.”
