The FVIR-compliant ProLine® XE Direct Vent 50-Gallon Gas Water Heater draws air from outside the home, eliminating problems caused by insufficient indoor ventilation. The GS6-50-YBDS can be vented up to 80 inches from the outside wall with no electrical power needed.
This ProLine® Direct Vent model has a 50-gallon (nominal) tank and a 40,000 BTU gas burner to deliver a first hour rating of 77 gallons and a recovery rate of 43 gallons per hour.
