State Water Heaters Modulating Ultra Force™ Commercial Gas Water Heaters

The full line of State Modulating Ultra Force™ SUF condensing water heaters have been designed to provide years of dependable service and energy-saving Helical Coil technology. Models are available from 120,000 to 500,000 BTU/h and all deliver thermal efficiencies of 95% and higher. 

The current SUF modulating models adjust firing rate to the specific demand, increasing efficiency and extending the life of the heater. Models are available from 120,000 to 499,900 BTU/h.

From the #1 specified water heater family, the Modulating Ultra Force™ XL is built to power the largest commercial applications – packed into a compact footprint.

Intelligent Demand Response automatically adjusts the differential set point to increase hot water during large demand periods. This powerhouse unit is ENERGY STAR® qualified with a 97% thermal efficiency.

The Modulating Ultra Force™ LV integrates the helical coil heat exchanger into a large ASME-certified storage tank with a capacity up to 250-gallons, saving space and delivering powerful performance. Models are available from 150,000 to 500,000 BTU/h and deliver thermal efficiencies to 96%.

The modulating burner adjusts the firing rate to the specific demand, increasing efficiency and lowering energy costs. Modulating Ultra Force™ LV is ideal for any commercial application with short period peak demand such as hotels, arenas, convention centers and schools.

The Force™ 90+ is a light-duty, power direct vent, fully condensing commercial gas water heater with helical heat exchange technology. Force™ 90+ models deliver a 96% thermal efficiency rate and outstanding hot water output.

Side-mounted hot and cold recirculating taps allow the Force™ 90+ to be installed as part of combination space heating/water heating applications.

The Force™ 90 is a light-duty, power vent, fully condensing commercial gas water heater with helical heat exchanger technology, which helps Force™ 90 achieve 94% thermal efficiency and deliver outstanding hot water output. BTX-80 uses 76,000 BTU/h of gas to deliver 86 GPH at 100°F rise. 

The Force™ 90 features Intelli-vent™ gas control with a silicon nitride hot surface ignitor for more precise control of water temperature and simplified system diagnostics.
