Fits spac3 and works great
I live in a condo and the water heater and HVAC equipment are located in a closet. Obviously a very cramped space closet. This water heater replaced my original 30 year old water heater. The size was exactly the same as my original and the installer Linek Plumbing did an amazing job in such a cramped space.

Works great!
Had this professionally installed since the location is under the house and a bit of a pain to get to. He had no issues with getting it installed. Everything worked out very well. Did not take much time for it to heat up & now I have hot water!!

Excellent Low Volume Heater

Great Tank
It has been a month, and so far it is great! This replaced a comparable State model from 1994! If this tank is built as well as my old tank, I will be very happy. I am also expecting this tank to be more efficient as well, but still too early to tell.

Bought this and for the first month coould not take 2 showers in row, would run out of hot water.

Solid Water Heater
I replaced my identical State unit (that went 18 years) so I got the same again.
Very happy. However I'm a female and I like to take a long shower (about 20 minutes) and I run out of the 40 gallons by the end. but the water is piping hot. Excellent!
It also stows easily in my basement "crawl space"....4 feet high.

Worked perfectly before Hurricane Irma. Now we only have warm water, not hot. Contractors checked it out and will call, but they think power surge since we lost power in the apt., caused the issue.
