Step-by-Step Directions To Become Listed on LeadConnect™
By joining Contractor Rewards & regularly redeeming codes you will receive free qualified leads through State's LeadConnect™.
1. Sign Up for Contractor Rewards - FREE!
We'll automatically create your listing on our Contractor Locator with the business info you provide Contractor Rewards when Signing Up.
2. Redeeming Codes to Publish Your Listing
Redeem codes in Contractor Rewards! You'll need to redeem at least 10 codes before we can sync your account with LeadConnect's ServiceWhale engine and publish your listing on our website. To keep your listing visible on the locator, you'll need to keep redeeming codes.
3. Auto-Sync Accounts (no action needed)
After creating a Contractor Rewards account and adding at least 10 codes, your info will auto-sync with ServiceWhale to create your LeadConnect profile.
- Once the sync is complete, you will be sent login credentials to the same email on file with your Contractor Rewards account. The email is sent from "cf_noreply@servicewhale.com" with the subject line "ServiceWhale account created". Please allow for 24 hours for your profile to sync.
4. Enhance & Manage Your LeadConnect Listing
After waiting 24 hrs for your profile to sync and receiving your login credentials from ServiceWhale, you'll be ready to enhance and manage your LeadConnect profile!
5. Increase Visibility!
Your listing position is driven by the number of codes you enter into Contractor Rewards . The more codes you redeem, the higher you'll rise on our Contractor Locator. This is our way of saying "thank you" for selling more A. O. Smith water heaters.

After receiving your login credentials from ServiceWhale, you'll be ready to enhance and manage your LeadConnect profile!
- Remember, the login email is sent from "cf_noreply@servicewhale.com" with the subject line "ServiceWhale account created".
2. Login to ServiceWhale
After login, you’ll land on the ServiceWhale dashboard with five tabs (My Dashboard, My Leads, My Services, My Products, My Profile).
Select the “My Profile” tab.
3. Complete Profile Attribute Sections
After selecting the “My Profile” tab, update the account information and appearance for each of the profile attribute sections below.
*You MUST click the yellow “Apply Changes” button for updates to save to your profile. Not clicking this button will result in new updates being lost.
