      • The ProLine® Master GW8-40-BCT 40-Gallon Atmospheric Vent Tall Liquid Propane Water Heater consumes up to 36,000 BTU and delivers a first hour rating of 80 gallons and a recovery rate of 42 gallons per hour.

      The patented eco-friendly burner design reduces NOx emissions by up to 33% and complies with Low NOx emission requirements of less than 40 ng/J. Environmentally-friendly insulation and factory-installed heat trap nipples reduce heat loss for maximum energy savings. The GW8-40-BCT includes an 8-year limited tank warranty.

      This ProLine® Master water heater features State’s advanced tank protection, including a stainless steel CoreGard™ anode rod, Blue Diamond® glass lining and DynaClean™ automatic sediment-cleaning—designed to help protect the tank from the corrosive effects of water and extend the life of the water heater.

Hot water comes out quickly at the kitchen sink now instead of running cold for 5 minutes. And we can take back-to-back showers without losing enough hot water for everyone. Of course the unit is new, but I feel confident that I don't even have to think about water issues for years to come.
