The ProLine® XE Power Direct Vent gas water heater is designed to handle both water heating and space heating in your home, while delivering optimized performance and exceptional reliability.

Featuring a 40-gallon (nominal) tank and a 40,000 BTU gas burner, the GS6-40-YBPDS Power Direct Vent delivers a first hour rating of 74 gallons. This water heater 0.68 Uniform Energy Factor. It carries a 6-year limited warranty, and meets Low NOx emission requirements.
