      • The ProLine® Master Standard Electric water heater with top water connections is the reliable choice when you want to maximize hot water output and energy savings. The EN8-40-DORS incorporates a 40-gallon (nominal) tank and dual 4,500-watt elements to deliver a first hour rating of 55 gallons at a highly efficient 0.92 Uniform Energy Factor rating.

      Environmentally-friendly insulation and factory-installed heat trap nipples reduce heat loss for maximum energy savings.

      This ProLine® Master water heater includes State's superior commercial-grade tank protection, including a stainless steel CoreGard™ anode rod, Blue Diamond® glass lining and DynaClean™ automatic sediment-cleaning—designed to help protect the tank from the corrosive effects of water and extend the life of the water heater. The EN8-40-DORS includes an 8-year limited tank warranty.

I'm hoping that this new unit will lower my electricity bill. Initially the water temperature was too hot. Plumber came back and adjusted the temperature control setting to the factory recommended setting per the Owner's Manual. Perfect temp. now.
