      • The ProLine® Master Standard Electric water heater with top water connections is the reliable choice when you want to maximize hot water output and energy savings. The EN8-40-DORS incorporates a 40-gallon (nominal) tank and dual 4,500-watt elements to deliver a first hour rating of 55 gallons at a highly efficient 0.92 Uniform Energy Factor rating.

      Environmentally-friendly insulation and factory-installed heat trap nipples reduce heat loss for maximum energy savings.

      This ProLine® Master water heater includes State's superior commercial-grade tank protection, including a stainless steel CoreGard™ anode rod, Blue Diamond® glass lining and DynaClean™ automatic sediment-cleaning—designed to help protect the tank from the corrosive effects of water and extend the life of the water heater. The EN8-40-DORS includes an 8-year limited tank warranty.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Water Heater I purchased this yesterday. I wanted a water heater without all of the electronics, thus fewer items to go wrong. And, I really do not need the apps to control the temperature. It was easily installed by the contractor in about an hour. I easily set up the temp from the factory setting of 120 to 130 in both heater elements.

I would like to know if the newer ones are improved over the one I purchased. It just makes me concern that the place I purchased it didn't do the first in first out practice. Please let me know if this model has been improved. thanks.

I try to do all my own home maintainance/repair, and this was a simple install! I bought this from a plumbing distributor I occasionally use on the advice of the counterperson Dave Gibson - I'm very happy with his suggestion!

I am disappointed that the nomenclature label regarding model, serial number, etc. was at the bottom of the tank cover rather than at eye level. As a senior citizen, it was difficult for me to access and record the information
