Bought new home so therefore State Water Heater is chosen for all new homes in our neighborhood. The book taped to the side of the water heater was in very bad condition. It looked as though it had been wet, dried, and had dirt on it but it was readable to obtain the registration and card. All seems good.

Water Heater replacement
Quick install by local plumbing company. Replaced a 23 year old 80 gallon.
water heats quick enough where I don't notice the difference between the 80 gallon amount of hot water available in the old tank to the 55 gallons in the new State Proline model. Efficiency of the new tank is excellent.

Second one
Our first State that was installed during original construction worked great. At 16 years old we replaced it as part of preventive maintenance and a slowing dying thermostat. Figured it was time for a new unit - wanted to get another State - well insulated unit that is room temperature on the outside. It is efficient and provides water as needed.

Lots of Hot Water
This is the water heater that was used by Lennar when my home was built and it is just great. I had a different type of water heater in the home that I had previously and this one is far superior with the temperature and the amount of hot water. I can run the dishwasher, wash a load of clothes and take a shower at the same time and never run out of hot water.

Total Un-Noticed and perfect locatoion
The first was installed October 1953, finally after 36 years a leak that was 1989 now it is May 9,2020 and still working GREAT 31 years and I don't need it yet but I'm thinking maybe I should buy another and save it. My Mother and I were trained decorators that owned and operated a Home Furnishings Business Decorating was a Free service. We finally closed due to the Big Box stores "give-a-ways with NO SERVICE" in 1999. 50 years of satisfied 5th generation customers, who still call and see if I can find products This State water-heater is the Only heater we would sell; NO Service needed. Good as gold.

Heat water quickly

Great Water Heater Product
